HROTD: Thomas (TJ) Lynch, 2019 A, Staples High School (CT)

Today’s QuickStick Highlight Reel of the Day goes to TJ Lynch, a 2019 Attackman from Staples High School in Westport, CT. TJ is a tall, right handed attackman with great speed. This combination allows him to get great separation when dodging from either X or the wings. One aspect I really like about TJ’s game is his ability to throw in the question mark dodge. This dodge is so simple and old school yet so infrequently used. I get it, turning the corner at GLE looks sweet, but curling to the outside, to the strong hand is sometimes more effective than a fadeaway jumper.

TJ will look to break through for the Staples Wreckers this spring, a team that has become a perennial contender in the daunted FCIAC. TJ plays his club ball for Long Island Express North.
