The Marquette Lacrosse Experience

Happy September 1st folks! As you likely already know, today marks the first day college coaches can reach out the high school recruits in the HS graduating class of 2022. COVID has put a wrench in many coaches’ plans in evaluating talent and even getting student-athletes on campus. They’ve been forced to evaluate via highlight reels, word of mouth and a variety of other mediums.

On the flip side, colleges are looking to sell themselves to many top recruits and one way to do that is through virtual visits. Marquette just dropped this awesome video spotlighting the Marquette Lacrosse Experience.

Situated right on beautiful Lake Michigan, Milwaukee is an awesome college town and it looks like Marquette is making all the right moves in hopes of brining the best student-athletes to their campus.

Despite being a relatively young program, Marquette has established itself as a perennial contender in the Big East and made an NCAA Tournament appearance in 2016, hosting eventual National Champion UNC but falling 10-9.

Marquette finished the 2020 season 3-4 but there’s a lot to be excited about in Milwaukee with Coach Andrew Stimmel entering year two at the helm.
